Buckeye Canyon Habitat Restoration

  • 108 Trinity Rd Brisbane, CA, 94005 United States (map)

Help remove invasive weeds like french broom, wild radish, and pincushion plant from the grasslands along the ridge of Buckeye Canyon.

These stewardship efforts will help protect habitat for the endangered mission blue and callippe silverspot butterflies and encourage an increased abundance of native wildflowers!

This event is part of a series of habitat restoration days hosted in partnership with the City of Brisbane’s Open Space & Ecology Committee.

All volunteers will get free lunch and t-shirts, courtesy of our sponsors: Recology, South San Francisco Scavenger, and the City of Brisbane.

Meeting location on 100 block of Trinity Road in Brisbane, with very limited street parking. Parking on a side street may be necessary.
