California sagebrush is a perennial shrub with distinct silvery foliage. It has inconspicuous flowers from April to October, and is summer deciduous. The leaves are aromatic and attractive. This plant is drought tolerant and will grow up to 4 ft by 4 ft in a mounding habit.
